Domestic Shipping (Continental US)

Every baler ships freight-free to your commercial address anywhere in the lower 48 states. Shipments travel via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight on a flatbed or enclosed trailer, depending on machine size.

Standard Delivery

Curbside/dock-level delivery to any commercial address in the continental US. Included with every order.

Liftgate Service

Included for locations without a loading dock. The carrier uses a hydraulic liftgate to lower the machine to ground level.

Residential

Not available. All shipments must go to a commercial address with someone present to receive.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on a quoted basis. International orders typically ship FOB from our manufacturing facility. We can arrange freight to your nearest port or coordinate with your freight forwarder.

Contact our sales team for an international shipping quote. We will need your delivery address, port preference, and whether you need customs brokerage assistance.

Receiving Your Baler

When your baler arrives, inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. Check for visible damage to the packaging — dents, punctures, water stains, or crushed corners. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Open the crate within 48 hours and inspect the machine. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us immediately and we will ship replacement parts at no charge.

Important: Someone must be present to receive the delivery and sign for it. The freight carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window. If nobody is available, the carrier will charge storage fees and attempt redelivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive email updates at every stage: order confirmation, manufacturing start, shipment dispatch, and delivery scheduling. Each email includes your order number and a direct line to your sales contact.

For ocean freight shipments, we provide the vessel name, estimated arrival date, and port of entry. Once the container clears customs, we arrange domestic trucking and send you a new tracking number.

Installation Requirements

Minimal site prep needed. Most businesses are ready on day one.

Level Concrete Floor

Flat, solid surface capable of supporting machine weight. No special foundation needed.

Electrical Outlet

120V single-phase for the Carbon 24-VB and Carbon 24-VBHD. 208/230V three-phase for Carbon 32-VB and larger. Dedicated circuit recommended.

Door Clearance

Enough clearance for the feed door to open fully. Check model dimensions on spec sheet.

Ceiling Height

Models range from 7.3 ft to 10.4 ft tall. Verify your ceiling clears the machine height plus 6 inches.
