Commercial and industrial cardboard balers are built for operations that make cardboard all day — distribution centers, manufacturing plants, big-box retail, and recycling operations. Our wider models, from the 32-inch Carbon 32-VB up to the 72-inch Carbon 72-VB, produce dense, mill-size bales that recyclers pay more for and that move cleanly by forklift.
A bigger feed opening and a longer stroke mean more cardboard per cycle and heavier finished bales, so a high-volume site spends less labor on every ton of cardboard it processes. These run on three-phase power and are built for sustained throughput, not the occasional bale.
